I believe that daily exercise has a profound effect on one’s over all wellbeing. Getting your body moving in the morning before starting your day will provide you with energizing endorphins, the desire to eat healthier throughout the day, and a strong sense of accomplishment. It is very important to engage in physical activity that you enjoy! Exercise should be a joy, not a chore. So be sure to try a variety of movement styles and pick a few that excite you to practice consistently. If you want to increase your performance levels, I encourage you to get moving in the morning, work up a sweat, stretch, allow time for muscle recovery, challenge yourself daily, stay hydrated, and get adequate rest!
